I am a full-time French to English translator specializing in medical, environmental and international development translations. I am a member of the American Translators Association (ATA), Carolina Association of Translators and Interpreters (CATI) and the Society for International Development (SID)
I have a B.A. in French from the University of Wisconsin with a concentration in African Studies. I studied abroad at the Université Gaston Berger - Saint-Louis in Sénégal.
In 2008 I helped to found Green Opportunities, an environmental and social justice non-profit that connects people from low-wealth communities to employment opportunities that support families, communities and environmental health.
